4 low fat flour Tortilla Wraps

½ cup finely chopped Onion

2 tsp Cumin

1 cup Pinto Beans

10 oz Enchilada Sauce

½ cup reduced fat shredded Cheese
Method

Pull out an 8-inch square baking dish and coat it with non-stick cooking spray. Preheat oven to 350oF.

Heat oil in a large non-stick skillet.

Sauté onions till they turn translucent.

Toss in lean pieces of beef and cook until the pink coloured hue starts to vanish.

Add cumin, beans, tomatoes and chillies. Cook for 10 minutes until sauce is reduced.
