Baby Oil
One of the easiest ways to get rid of a temporary tattoo would be to use baby oil. Take a cotton ball and pour some baby oil on it. Now, apply this over the tattooed area and keep it overnight. The temporary tattoo would surely be gone, by the next morning.
Olive Oil
For those with a sensitive skin, olive oil would be a good option to explore. Unlike rubbing alcohol or nail polish remover, it is light and does not cause any kind of burning. All you need to do is take some olive oil on a cotton ball and swab the tattooed area with it. The tattoo would fade away.
Body Wash
An effective way to remove a temporary tattoo would be to use body wash. Take some body wash and apply it over the tattoo. Using water, make lather and scrub the area. Make sure you do not rub vigorously, as you might hurt your skin in the process. A few minutes of scrubbing would ensure removal of the tattoo.
Rubbing Alcohol

Pumice Block
Pumice block works well to remove temporary tattoos permanently. Traditionally used for smoothening elbows and heels, pumice block is a good option for removing a tattoo. Take some cold cream and rub it on the tattoo, with a pumice block. However, make sure that the pumice particles do not get into your eyes.
