Swimming
Swimming is another natural way to lighten the hair. If the water is chlorinated, then the lightening process speeds up even more. After swimming, dry the hair in the sun to further pace up the lightening process.
Lime Juice
Lime juice is a very good natural alternative for lightening the hair. Mix two tablespoons of lime juice in six tablespoons of water and rub it on the hair. Wash the hair with this water and repeat it 10 to 15 times. After washing the hair, you should leave the water to set in the hair for 15 minutes. Thereafter, rinse the hair. Repeat this process twice a week for at least a month to get the desired results.
Rhubarb
Take the rhubarb and mix it with the juice of any citrus fruits like lemon, pineapple, and grapefruit. Apply this on the hair to lighten it. Do this procedure repeatedly for better results.
