- 8 oz Skim Milk
- 1 tbsp Peanut Butter
- 1 Banana
- 2 scoops of Whey Protein Powder
Preparation
- In a blender, take together skim milk, peanut butter, banana and protein powder and blend till done.
- Pour it in drinking glasses.

Fruit n’ Yogurt Protein Shake
Ingredients
- 1 cup Strawberries
- ½ cup of Orange Juice
- 1 cup Low Fat Yogurt, Vanilla Flavor
