  • 1 Banana (cut into chucks)
  • ¼ cup Blueberries
  • 3 large Strawberries
  • 1 or 2 scoops of Whey Protein
  • ½ cup Skim Milk
  • ½ cup Yogurt
  • ½ cup Ice Cubes
  • In a blender, take together milk, banana, whey protein, yogurt and ice cubes and blend until smooth and slushy.

  • ¼ cup Almonds
  • ½ cup Raisins
