Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Almond extract
  • Ice cubes
  • 1 cup cold Water
  • ¼ cup Almond sugar-free syrup
  • 1 tsp Xanthan Gum
  • 1 tbsp heavy Cream
  • 1 ½ scoop Chocolate Protein powder
  • ½ cup Granular Splenda 
Procedure
  • In a large bowl mix together protein powder and xanthan powder.
  • Put water, cream, syrup, extract and sweetener into a blender. Add in the protein powder mixture with other ingredients into the blender and blend the ingredients at high speed.
  • Add ice cubes, one at a time and keep blending the mixture until very thick.
  • The shake is now ready to be enjoyed.

Vanilla Shake

Ingredients
  • 1 tbsp Orange juice concentrate
  • 2 scoops of Vanilla Protein powder
  • 7 oz fresh Strawberries (Frozen)
  • 1 Banana (Frozen)

Procedure
  • Place together all the ingredients in an electric blender and blend at high speed.

  • 1 cup Oats
  • Cinnamon (Optional)
  • 1 packet artificial Sweetener

Procedure

Strawberry Protein Bar

Ingredients

  • 200 g Tofu
  • 5 tsp Splenda
  • 1 fresh Apple (Diced)
  • 3 Egg Whites
  • 3 scoops high Protein powder (Strawberry)
  • ½ cup Oatmeal
  • 1 cup Apricot (Dried and Diced)
  • ½ cup high power Cereals
  • 1 cup Water Chestnuts (Diced)
Procedure
  • Grease an 8x8 pan with vegetable oil and coat it with oat flour.
  • Blend the tofu, diced apple, egg whites and splenda in a blender. Once combined well pour it into a bowl and add the protein powder, dried almonds, water chestnuts, oatmeal and cereals.
  • Mix all these ingredients well to make a thick batter. Pour the mixture into the oil coated pan. Press in the corners of the pan with a spoon and make the mixture stick flat to the pan.
  • Put the pan with the mixture into the oven and heat it up for 30 minutes at 3500 F.
  • Let the pan cool for a while after taking it out of the oven. Once cool cut into bars and place these bars in an airtight container and put the container in the refrigerator.

Hemp High Protein Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients
  • ½ cup Ice cubes
  • ¼ cup Almonds
  • 1-2 scoops of Hemp Protein
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • 1 cup of Soy Milk
  • 1 Banana (Cut into Chunks)
Procedure
  • Blend the almonds, raisins, banana, soy milk, hemp protein powder and ice cubes to form a smooth mixture.
  • Make sure that you blend the ingredients well to prevent the almonds from forming lumps. You can add raisins to get some extra sweetness if you’d like.
