Cauliflower is one of the vegetables that are relished by people across the globe. Apart from its rich taste, it is the high nutritional value of the vegetable that has made it the favorite of many. It serves as a rich source of dietary fiber and many other essential vitamins and minerals. At the same time, it is low in carbohydrates and fat, thus being perfect for people who are on a weight-loss program. Cauliflower can be cooked in a number of ways - boiled, roasted, steamed and baked, apart from being eaten raw. How To Make Baked Cauliflower
Recipe 1
  • 2 large heads Cauliflower
  • 2 cans Cream of Mushroom Soup
  • 2 cans Milk
  • 4 slices American Cheese
  • Salt and Pepper, to taste 
  • First of all, you have to get two large heads of cauliflower. You can either use them as a whole or separate them into pieces.
  • Now, fill a pan with water and add 1/4 tsp salt. Put the cauliflower heads in the salted water and boil until tender-crisp.
  • Remove the pan from flame and drain the water. Next, put the cauliflower heads in a casserole dish and top them with cheese slices. Set aside.
  • Take a bowl and put the cream of mushroom soup in it. Add milk, followed by salt and pepper (to taste). Mix well.
  • Pour the cream of mushroom soup over the cauliflower and then place the casserole dish in the oven.
  • Bake the cauliflower 350 degrees F, for about 20 minutes, or until the cheese melts.
  • Your baked cauliflower is ready to be relished. Make sure to serve it hot.

  • 1 large head Cauliflower
  • 2 tbsp Parmesan Cheese, grated
  • 1/8 tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ cup Seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • ¼ cup Margarine, melted
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1 pinch Dried Oregano
  • 1 pinch Red Pepper Flakes 
  • First of all, remove the outer leaves and stalk of the cauliflower and wash the head well with water.
  • Place the cauliflower head into a steamer basket and then put the basket in a large pot.
  • Add one inch of water to the pot and place over medium heat. Cover it with a lid and bring it to a boil.
  • Reduce the heat and let the cauliflower cook for 20 to 25 minutes, or until it becomes tender.
  • Now, remove the pot from heat and drain the water. Keep the cauliflower aside form sometime.
  • Take a bowl and put all the bread crumbs in it, along with the Parmesan cheese and melted margarine. Mix the ingredients well.
  • Flavor the mixture with garlic powder, salt, red pepper flakes, and oregano. Mix the ingredients well.
  • Now is the time to place the cauliflower onto a baking dish. Thereafter, coat it with the breadcrumb mixture.
  • Place the baking dish in the oven and bake the cauliflower at 375 degrees F, for about 10 to 15 minutes, or until it turns golden-brown.
  • Your baked cauliflower is ready to be relished. Make sure to serve it hot.
