  • 3 tbsp Milk

  • 2 tbsp Parsley (dried)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic (peeled and chopped)
  • 4 Pork Chops
Preparation
  • Take the eggs and milk in a bowl and beat them together. In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs, cheese and parsley.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil and then add the garlic. Stir the garlic and cook until lightly browned.
  • Now, take each pork chop and dip it into the egg mixture. Then roll the chops in the bread crumb mixture to coat them evenly.
  • Place the chops in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until browned on both sides.
