Baked Breaded Pork Chops Recipes
Italian Breaded Pork Chops
  • 3 Eggs (lightly beaten)
  • 3 tbsp Milk
  • 1 ½ cups Italian seasoned Bread Crumbs
  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Parsley (dried)
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • 4 cloves Garlic (peeled and chopped)
  • 4 Pork Chops
  • Take the eggs and milk in a bowl and beat them together. In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs, cheese and parsley.
  • In a skillet, heat the olive oil and then add the garlic. Stir the garlic and cook until lightly browned.
  • Now, take each pork chop and dip it into the egg mixture. Then roll the chops in the bread crumb mixture to coat them evenly.
  • Place the chops in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until browned on both sides.
  • Preheat an oven to 165 degrees C. Place the skillet with the pork chops in the oven and bake for 25 minutes.
Spicy Pork Chops Baked
  • 4 to 6 Pork Chops (½ inch thick)
  • ¼ cup All-Purpose Flour
  • 1 medium Onion (finely chopped)
  • 3 tbsp Paprika
  • ¼ cup extra virgin Olive Oil
  • ¼ tsp powdered Sugar
  • ¼ tsp Garlic Powder

  • In a bowl mix the crushed cracker crumbs, paprika, onion, garlic powder, flour, oregano, olive oil, and powdered sugar.
  • Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Place the pork chops in the bowl with the crumb mixture.
  • Toss the chops so that they are well coated with the crumbs mixture.
  • Take a baking sheet and grease with butter. Place the chops along with the crumbs in the sheet.
  • Bake the chops in a preheated oven at 350 degrees F for one hour. Pierce with a fork to check if the chops are tender.
Corn Bread Coated Pork Chops
  • 6 oz Corn Bread Stuffing Mix (with seasoning packet)
  • ½ cup fresh Parsley (chopped)
  • 4 center-cut Pork Chops (3/4 inch thick)
  • 1/4 cup Low Fat Yogurt
  • Slightly grind the corn bread stuffing mix and parsley in a food processor. Now, mix the stuffing with the seasoning packet and spread it out evenly in a shallow baking dish.
  • Coat both the sides of the chops with yogurt.
