1 ½ cups Italian seasoned Bread Crumbs

2 tbsp Olive Oil

4 cloves Garlic (peeled and chopped)

Preparation

Take the eggs and milk in a bowl and beat them together. In another bowl, mix the bread crumbs, cheese and parsley.

In a skillet, heat the olive oil and then add the garlic. Stir the garlic and cook until lightly browned.

Now, take each pork chop and dip it into the egg mixture. Then roll the chops in the bread crumb mixture to coat them evenly.

Place the chops in the skillet and cook for 5 minutes until browned on both sides.

In a bowl mix the crushed cracker crumbs, paprika, onion, garlic powder, flour, oregano, olive oil, and powdered sugar.

Season the pork chops with salt and pepper. Place the pork chops in the bowl with the crumb mixture.
