  • Spikenard, an Indian Herb, is another helpful medication for hypotension. The patient must take a dose of thirty to forty grains of spikenard, along with a pinch of camphor and grounded cinnamon.
  • The patient can also take a hot Epsom salt bath, before going to bed. For this, 1 or 1 ½ kg of commercial Epsom salt is dissolved in the ordinary hot water that would be used for bathing. For at least 10 to 20 minutes, the patient should stay immersed in the water.
