How To Do Kinky Braids

How To Braid Kinky Twists

Things Required

Hair Conditioner
Some Synthetic Hair (as required)
Hair Clips
Comb (rat tail)
Towel
Cup
Boiling Water
Adhesive

Steps

Wash your hair thoroughly with a mild shampoo and conditioner.
Dry your hair with a clean towel.
Pour boiling water into the cup.
Untangle your hair and start parting them from the middle in two equal sections, using a rat tail comb. Now clip the left side hair with the clip.
Part right side of your hair right from the ear till the middle in the horizontal direction. Secure the parted portions with hair clips.
Remove the clip from the left side and do the same parting as done for the right side. Eventually, the hair would be divided into four sections.
Clip the back portion of the hair and unclip the front one and start braiding it.
Take some synthetic hair of almost the same breadth of your hair.
Divide the section of your hair which are unclipped into two sections and place the braids between these two sections.
Use adhesive to secure the braids on your scalp.
Arrange the synthetic hair in such a way that it looks as if it’s your natural hair.
Take approx three strips of your hair from the unclipped portion. Make an arrangement so that first strip should be synthetic, second the natural hair strip and third one again synthetic.
Now place the third strip overlapping the second and keep the first strip on the third one.
The second strip is now placed on the third one. Again place the second strip above the middle strip. The second strip would overlap the first from the top of the third strip.
Repeat this procedure and reach to the tip of your hair.
Dip the hair tip into the boiling water. This would help in sealing the tip.
Repeat the same steps until all your hair are done with kinky braids.

Now you know how to do kinky braids. Do the braiding very firmly to get the kinky look, otherwise it will not look good. You can also protect your kinky braids while sleeping by wrapping the same in plastic.
