Ingredients

  • 1 jar Caramel ice cream
  • 1½ cups heavy whipping Cream
  • ½ teaspoon Vanilla extract
  • 1 Angel Food Cake
  • 12 oz Toffee bits 
  • ½ jar hot Fudge ice cream topping
Method
  • Whip the heavy cream until it begins to thicken.
  • Gradually you add about ¾ of ice cream topping from the jar along with the vanilla extract.
  • Keep beating this mixture until it becomes thick enough to hold up as a spread.
  • Cube the angel food cake into cute little bite size pieces.
  • Place these pieces in a 9''x13" pan.
  • Pour the whipped cream mixture over the angel food pieces. Top off the remainder of the caramel sauce over whipped cream topping.
  • If you would fancy an extra dose of hot fudge, you could drizzle some over the caramel layer. Remember to soften the hot fudge in the microwave before you drizzle.
  • Sprinkle toffee bits over the top.

Lady Finger Delight Recipe

Ingredients
  • 3 pkg Ladies Fingers
  • 11 oz soft cream Cheese
  • ¾ cup Sugar
  • 1 ½ tsp Vanilla
  • 1 pt. whipping Cream
  • 1 can Pie filling (Cherry or Blueberry)
Method
  • Grab hold of a 9 inch spring form pan and meticulously line it with the ladies fingers. Include both the sides and bottom!
  • Cream the cheese, sugar and vanilla in a bowl.
  • Start whipping the cream and top it over the mixture in the bowl.
  • Spoon in ½ of the can pie filling.
  • Put in one layer of the lady fingers and add the rest of the can pie filling.
  • Refrigerate for a few hours.
  • Once this dessert is set and ready, slice it into sizeable bite pieces.
