Cheese Bites
 
Ingredients Required:
  • 1/2 cup Warm Butter
  • 1 tsp Paprika/Red Pepper
  • 1/4 tsp ground Cayenne pepper
  • 1 cup Plain Flour
  • 2 cups grated medium/strong flavour Cheddar Cheese
 
How To Prepare:
  • In a large mixing bowl, mix the butter, pepper and flour together.
  • Now, add the cheese and mix it well too.
  • Make bite sized balls out of the whole mixture, arrange on a baking sheet and bake them all in an over preheated at 190 degrees Celsius for a little over ten minutes.
  • This recipe makes about 35 such bites.
 
Orange Prawn
 
Ingredients Required:
  • 250 g prawns
  • Juice of 2 Oranges
  • 2 tbsp Balsamic Vinegar
  • Salt to taste
How To Prepare:
  • To start, remove the shells and the heads of the prawn.
  • In a saucepan, mix the orange juice and the balsamic vinegar and bring it to a boil.
  • Season this mixture with as much salt as you need and bring it to a boil.
  • To this, add the prawns and let it cook till it is well done and softer and the orange juice is reduced and most of it is absorbed.
  • Remove from the flame and let it cool a little before you serve. 
Italian Biscuit Cups
 
Ingredients:
  • 1 lb Ground Beef
  • 1 jar Spaghetti Sauce
  • 1 can large Refrigerated Biscuits
  • 1 cup shredded Cheddar cheese or American Cheese Slices
  •  Muffin Cups
 
How To Prepare:
  • Cook the beef in a skillet over medium flame till it loses its pink colour; drain all of it into a colander.
  • Stir in spaghetti sauce little by little; do make sure, however, that the mixture is firm and not watery.
  • Cook it over medium heat for about five to ten minutes or till the time it has heated through. Press biscuits onto the bottom and up the sides of small muffin cups that have already been greased with butter.
  • Spoon the meat mixture into the center of each cup (level with the top).
  • Bake at 190 degrees C for about ten or fifteen minutes or until they all turn golden brown.
  • Sprinkle cheese on top of each one of them; bake for another 3 minutes or till the cheese has melted. 
Mini Pizza Snacks
 
Ingredients Required:
  • 1 can refrigerated Crescent Dinner Rolls
  • 2 tbsp grated Parmesan Cheese
  • 1/3 cup finely chopped Pepperoni
  • 2 tbsp finely chopped Green Bell Pepper
  • ½ cup shredded Mozzarella Cheese
  • ½ prepared Pizza Sauce 
How To Prepare:
  • Preheat your oven at 175 degrees C.
  • Line your cookie sheet with a thin coating of cooking spray.
  • Unroll your dough rolls and cut them into 4 long rectangles.
  • Line each of the 4 rectangles with Parmesan cheese, pepperoni, bell pepper and Mozzarella cheese.
  • Now, begin to roll each of the rectangles inwards, carefully so as to preserve the stuffing and press the edges so as to secure them all.
  • Now cut each roll into six slices and place them with the cut portion facing down on to the cookie sheet.
  • Bake for about fifteen to seventeen minutes or till the edges turn a nice golden brown.
  • Remove them from the cookie sheet and serve with warm pizza sauce.
