New Honda City

The New Honda City is a yet another offering by Honda, the world renowned car makers from Japan. Both the exterior and the interior designs of the New Honda City have been tastefully done to provide the car lovers with a visual treat on the go. The “Arrowshot form” of the front-end design makes the car zoom virtually like an arrow striking ahead, while 2 character lines upon the engine hood add to its aerodynamic state. The New Honda City is available in 3 variants, City 1.5 E MT, City 1.5 S MT and City 1.5 S AT. The Ex-Delhi price of City 1.5 E MT is Rs 7,81,000, while the same of City 1.5 S MT is Rs 8,32,000. The City 1.5 S AT variant is priced at Rs 9,04,000. The cars are available in a range of colors, including Habanero Red Pearl, Polished Metal Metallic, Bold Beige Metallic, Crystal Black Pearl, Alabaster Silver Metallic and Tafeta White. 

 

All the variants of the New Honda City are powered by a 1.5L (SOHC) i-VTEC engine equipped with 4 cylinders and 16 valves. The Displacement of the engine is 1,497 cc (Cubic Centimeters), which features an Electronic Fuel Injection system. The engine delivers a Maximum Power of 118 PS/6600 rpm, while the Maximum Torque offered by it is 146 Nm@4800 rpm.

 

The New Honda City is equipped with a comprehensive range of safety features, such as Antilock Braking System (ABS) with Brake Assist (BA), Pre-Tensioner Seat Belts and Dual SRS Airbags. The vehicle also displays a G-CON (G-Force Control Technology) based body that features a crush-proof survival zone.
