Easy Yoghurt Smoothie Recipes 

Recipe 1

  • 1/2 cup of your Favourite Fruit, such as Peaches, Bananas, Pineapples, Strawberries, Mangoes, etc.
  • 3/4 cup Yoghurt
  • 1 cup Milk
  • 1 ripe Banana (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Sugar or Honey (optional)
  • Peel the fruit and cut it into small pieces.
  • Put all of the ingredients, except banana, into a blender and puree them together until smooth.
  • Pour into a chilled glass and serve with a straw.
  • Add a banana if you want a thick and creamy consistency.

  • 1 Banana
  • 1½  cup Fat free Vanilla Yogurt
  • ¾  cup Frozen Peaches
  • 1 packet Frozen Strawberries
  • 1 tbsp Orange Juice Concentrate
  • Place all ingredients in blender, add ice to fill blender and blend.
  • Serve chilled.

  • 1 cup Cranberries
  • 2/3 cup Cranberry Juice
  • 1 cup Raspberries

  • Add all the ingredients into a blender.

  • 1 cup Fat free, flavoured or unflavoured Yogurt
  • 2 cups Fat free Skim Milk

  • ¾  cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • ¼ cup Water
  • 4 Ice Cubes

  • Blend on low for 10-20 seconds. Then increase the speed to medium/high until creamy smooth.

  • 4 Fresh Figs with tops removed
  • ½ cup Plain Yogurt
  • 1 Banana
  • ½ cup Water
  • ½ tsp Natural Sweetener
  • 6 Ice Cubes

  • Blend until smooth.
