However, the better news is that toning flabby underarms is not at all difficult; only a bit of effort is required on your part. How to Tone Flabby Underarms 
  • You need to rectify your diet intake. Often, the flab is a result of fat deposited in underarms. Make sure your diet is balanced and does not contain more than 20% carbs and fat. Take more fruits, vegetables and fiber in your diet. If you are unsure, consult a dietician who will be able to make a diet plan for you.
  • Exercise is the only option for getting rid of flabby underarms. Join a gym and get motivated to gain shapely triceps. Once you start going to the gym and see people with shapely arms, you will yourself feel motivated to work out and come back in shape.
  • Do a lot of cardio exercises. This includes brisk walk, jogging, running, etc. It should be done on a moderate intensity to raise your heartbeat and burn calories. Doing these exercises for 20 minutes to half-an-hour a day will give you good results.
  • Another great exercise that you can do by yourself at home would be push-ups. Every day for 15 minutes, do push ups that will go a long way in toning up your arms and triceps and get rid of the underarm flab in no time.
  • Take dumbbells of 8-10 pounds and exercise with them. If you don’t have dumbbells, take a one liter bottle filled with water and use it as weights. Stretch your hand and pick up weights till you feel the tricep muscles being pulled to the maximum limit. Do 3-4 reps of set of 10-15.
  • Rotate your arms clockwise and anticlockwise, feeling your shoulder blades move as you do this exercise. This will shape up your arms and the flab will be melted with increased time.
