The book has shot up top seller’s lists in Beckham’s native England and broke through to the No. 3 spot on The New York Times paperback advice list of best sellers. The diet advices people to be a vegan and stop the consumption of meat and other animal stuff, to avoid getting those extra pounds on their body. While the book has earned a mixed bag of reviews, given here is its basic meal plan, which you can follow to cut on those additional fats and get that healthy figure.

  • Stop consuming sugar as well as artificial sweeteners. As per the authors, sweeteners like Splenda and Nutrasweet kindle your sweet tooth. On the other hand, the real thing leads to vigorous growth of fat cells. If you really want to have something sweet, fruits will be the best bet. Baked goods, which have beet sugar, evaporated cane juice, brown rice syrup and other natural substitutes as ingredients, are also good.
