Recipes For Medifast Diet Programs

Cauliflower Pizza


  • ½ cup cooked Cauliflower
  • 1 Egg
  • 4 tbsp Tomato Sauce (Fresh Tomato Puree preferred)
  • 1/3 cups Mushrooms
  • 10 pieces Turkey Pepperoni
  • 1/3 cup low fat Mozzarella
  • Italian seasoning
  • Salt and Pepper to taste 
  • Preheat oven to 450 degrees Fahrenheit.
  • Spray non-stick spray over the cookie sheet.
  • Cook cauliflower till it is soft enough for mashing and mixing. Drain out the water properly before mashing so that isn’t too soggy!
  • Mix together cauliflower and egg in a medium bowl. Spread it out on the cookie sheet and bake the crust. This should take 15 minutes or longer for a firmer crust. 
  • Cook the chopped mushrooms on the stove as you heat the tomato sauce or puree. Add Italian dressing for extra taste.
  • Once the crust is brown and firm, top it with shredded cheese and pepperoni. Place under high heat broiler until cheese is melted. 

Medifast Spiced Muffins

  • 1 pkg MF eggs
  • 1 pkg MF oatmeal
  • 1 pkg MF Chai Latte
  • ½ tsp baking Soda
  • ¼ tsp baking powder
  • Splenda and Cinnamon to taste
  • ½ cup Gingerbread sugar-free syrup
  • Patiently stir all these ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add a little extra water if you feel the need for more moisture.
  • Spray the pan with a pinch of butter and make three muffins.
  • Sprinkle more Splenda and cinnamon.
  • For around 10-15 minutes, bake at 350 degrees F until a knife inserted comes out clean. 

Rosemary Chicken

  • 1 chopped small Onion
  • 3 stalks Celery (cut into pieces)
  • 4 Chicken Breasts (cooked)
  • 1 tsp Dry Rosemary / 1 tbsp fresh Rosemary
  • ½ Cabbage head (cut into wedges)
  • ½ tsp Salt and Pepper
  • 1 cup Tomato juice
  • Olive oil
  • Mix the chopped onion and celery with one another and toss half of the combination into the bottom of roasting pan.
  • Sprinkle rosemary on the chicken and place on top of the onion and celery.
  • Place other veggies of your choice around the chicken.
  • Sprinkle with salt and pepper and pour tomato juice the whole dish.
  • Top it with some olive oil if you wish to.

Chocolate Muffins


  • 2 packs of Maple and Brown Sugar Oatmeal
  • 1 pack of Chocolate Shake or hot Chocolate 
  • 2 tsp Baking powder
  • 1½ tsp Distilled White Vinegar
  • 1 tsp Vanilla extract
  • 2 tbsp Egg whites
  • ¼  cup Sugar Free Chocolate syrup
  • Approximately 1/3 cup Water


  • Preheat oven to 350 degree F.
  • Mix all together and spoon into jumbo muffin pan.
  • Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
  • Altogether it makes three yummy chocolate muffins.
