Carrot Ginger Apple Juice 


  • ¼ inch Ginger Piece
  • 1 Apple
  • 4 Carrots
  • Chop the ginger without pealing the skin.
  • Core the apples and set aside the seeds.
  • Put the ginger, apples and carrots through the juice extractor and sieve the juice thoroughly when done.
ABC Juice - Apple Beet Carrot
  • 1 Apple
  • 4-6 Carrots, peeled & sliced
  • ¼ Beetroot, peeled
  • Core the apples carefully and set the seeds aside.
  • Put the beetroot, apples and carrots through the juice extractor.
  • Sieve the juice thoroughly and serve cold.
Carrot Apple Celery Juice
  • 1 Apple, cored
  • 1 Carrot
  • 1 Celery Stalk
  • Slice off the tips of the carrot and the celery stalk and chop them in medium sizes.
  • Put all the ingredients through the juice extractor, sieve the juice and serve cold.
Carrot Beetroot Spinach Juice
  • 3 Large Carrots
  • 1 Celery Stalks
  • 1 Small Beetroot
  • ½ Cucumber
  • 4 Parsley Stems
  • 2 Lettuce Leaves

  • 10 Baby Spinach Leaves
  • Wash and prepare the ingredients.
  • Chop all the veggies to medium size.

Orange Carrot Juice
  • 8 large Carrots, washed
  • 2 large Oranges, peeled
  • 1 large Fresh Mint Sprig
  • Chop the carrots in medium size.

  • Now add the oranges.

Carrot Juice With Milk
  • 8 large Fresh Carrots
  • ½ cup Fresh Cold 2% Milk

  • 2 cups Blueberries
