In a pan, sauté the tomatoes for 5 minutes and then add the cabbage, carrots, onions and beans. Stir fry the vegetables.

Now add the rest of the ingredients and continue stirring. Pour the water to the vegetable mixture and leave it for an hour to boil. Add salt when it is boiling.

Classic Chicken Soup

Cook the chicken breast, potatoes and carrots until they are tender. Debone and cut the chicken breast into small chunks. Likewise, using a spoon, lightly mash the potatoes and carrots.

Place the chicken pieces and the potatoes and carrots in a blender. Pour in the chicken broth and then blend them thoroughly.

Place the blended mixture in a pan and adjust the density of the soup with water.
