Toothbrush Method
 
  • After you have brushed your teeth properly, don't rinse off the toothpaste left on it.
  • Using the toothpaste as lubricant, brush your lips with your toothbrush.
  • Move the toothbrush softly over your lips, in circles.
  • Keep brushing until your lips feel smooth.
  • Rinse off the toothpaste from your brush as well as your lips.
  • Apply a generous dose of lip-balm, as the final step. 
Moisturizer Method 
  • Just before going to bed, after brushing your teeth, apply moisturizer on your lips.
  • Keep rubbing the moisturizer onto your lips, as well as a little bit around your mouth, till it is not visible.
  • Now, take some more moisturizer and apply a thick layer onto your lips.
  • Leave the moisturizer on your lips overnight.

Some More Methods
 
  • Avoid licking your lips as much as you can.
  • Drink plenty of water, throughout the day. It will help moisturize your lips from the inside.
  • Apply lip balm after brushing your teeth.
  • Make sure to apply lip balm just before going to bed.
  • Try to use moisturizing lipsticks, rather than the normal ones.
  • Apply some petroleum jelly on your lips and using a wet face cloth, rub them gently.
  • Massage your lips with coriander leaf juice.
  • Grind rose petals and apply on your lips.
  • Don’t use exfoliating products on your lips.
