Method 1
 
Requirements
  • Rubbing alcohol
  • Toothbrush
  • Warm water 
Instructions
  • Spray some warm water on the stained area, to make it completely wet.
  • Put a liberal amount of rubbing alcohol on the stain and brush the area with toothbrush.
  • Continue to brush till the stain begins to disappear. Rinse with warm water again, to remove the last traces of stain.

  • Scatter some hair spray on the stain and scrub the area with a toothbrush.
  • Once the stain is removed, give the clothing a regular wash. 
Paint Stain Removal From Carpet
 
Requirements
  • Liquid All-purpose Detergent
  • Dry Towel
  • Soapy Water 
Instructions
  • As soon as you spot the stain on your carpet, begin steps to remove it.
  • Apply the liquid detergent from the back side of the carpet and let the wetness reach the surface.
  • Blot the wet stained area with a towel. Then, put some soapy water on the stain and blot it once again.
  • You will have to keep repeating this process until the stain is completely removed.

  • Plastic Knife
  • Sponge
  • Dry-cleaning Solvent
  • Dry Spotter
  • Absorbent Pad
  • Ammonia 
Instructions
  • Scrape off the paint from the carpet, using a plastic knife or plastic spoon. Scuff the stain as much as possible.
  • Now, apply dry cleaning solvent on the stain, with a sponge. Move from the centre of the stain to its outside edges.
  • Next, apply dry spotter on the stain. Dab some dry spotter on a clean absorbent cotton pad and cover the paint stain with it. Let the cotton pad absorb as much stain as it can. Replace it with a new cotton pad when it stops absorbing the stain anymore.
  • Flush the stain with water and check if there are any stain traces left. If the stain has not been removed properly, repeat the process. Allow the fiber to dry, if the stain has been removed. 
Caution
While removing stains from fiber, you can also use ammonia in the place of dry spotter. However, ammonia is not to be used if you are removing paint stains form silk, wool or rayon.
