Homemade Exfoliator Recipes

Oatmeal And Baking Soda Exfoliator

  • 2 tbsp Oatmeal
  • 2 tbsp baking Soda
  • 1 tbsp Water
  • Mix 2 tablespoons of oatmeal with 2 tablespoons of baking soda.
  • Add 1 tablespoon water while stirring the mixture to obtain a thick paste.
  • Apply the mixture on your face and allow it to sit for a minute.
  • Rinse your face with warm water.
  • Pat dry your face with a soft cotton towel.
  • Apply a good moisturizer immediately. 

Oatmeal, Cornmeal And Wheat Gram Exfoliator

  • 1 tbsp Oatmeal
  • 1 tbsp Cornmeal
  • 1 tbsp Wheat Gram
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl.
  • Add water slowly to make a paste.
  • Apply the paste on your face and massage in a circular motion for 5 minutes.
  • Leave the mixture on your face for 10-12 minutes and then rinse it off with cold water.

Baking Soda Exfoliator

  • 1 tbsp baking Soda
  • Water (as required)

  • 2 tbsp table Salt

  • 1 tbsp Olive oil

Fullers Earth And Orange Peel Exfoliator

  • 1 cup Fullers Earth
  • 1 cup dried Orange peel
  • 2 tbsp Oatmeal

  • Apply the paste on your face, neck, and arms.
  • Massage gently in a circular motion to remove the dead cells.
