Ingredients
- 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
- 1 tsp Mustard
- 1/4 cup Vinegar
- 1/4 cup Water
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- Pepper to taste
- Salt to taste
Cooking Procedure
- Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients and shake well.
- Slice thinly 3-4 cucumbers into a bowl and shake well.
- You can use it as regular salad dressing if preferred.

- 1 Cucumber (peeled)
- 1/2 lb Tofu (mashed)
- 1/8 tsp Black pepper
- 2 tbsp Vinegar

- 3 cup Water (hot)
- 4 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
- 1 tbsp Garlic (crushed)
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Chili oil

Cooking Procedure
- Cut thin slices of cucumber.
- Add vinegar, garlic, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Keep it for a while.
- Keep bean noodles in a bowl with 3 cups of boiling water for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain it.
- Chop noodles in 2 inch of lengths and lay on platter.
- Arrange cucumbers on top of noodles.

- 2 Cucumbers
- 1 tsp Soy sauce

- 2 tsp Sesame seed oil
- 1 tbsp Sugar
- 1/4 tsp Tabasco
- 1/2 tsp Salt
Cooking Procedure
- Peel the cucumbers and cut them lengthwise in halves.
- Scrape the seed out with a small spoon, leaving a hollow boat like shells.
- Cut the cucumber crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
- Take a bowl and mix vinegar, sesame seed oil, sugar, soy sauce, Tabasco and salt and mix well.
- Add the cucumber to toss to coat thoroughly.
- Refrigerate and serve chilled.

Ingredients
- 1 cup Salad oil
- 1/2 tsp Rosemary
- 2 cup Vinegar
- 1/2 tsp Thyme
- 2 cup Sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp Salt
