How To Prepare Cucumber Salad Dressing
Cucumber salad dressing
  • 1/4 cup Vegetable oil
  • 1 tsp Mustard
  • 1/4 cup Vinegar
  • 1/4 cup Water
  • 1/4 cup Sugar
  • Pepper to taste
  • Salt to taste 
Cooking Procedure
  • Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients and shake well.
  • Slice thinly 3-4 cucumbers into a bowl and shake well.
  • You can use it as regular salad dressing if preferred. 
Cucumber Salad Dressing
  • 1 Cucumber (peeled)
  • 1/2 lb Tofu (mashed)
  • 1/8 tsp Black pepper
  • 2 tbsp Vinegar
  • 2 tbsp Olive oil
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 
Cooking Procedure 
  • Mix all the ingredients in a blender.
  • Blend it until creamy and smooth. 
Cucumber Salad With Spicy Dressing
  • 1 1/2 lbs Cucumbers (peeled, and cut in half lengthwise)
  • 1 tbsp Rice vinegar
  • 1 oz. Bean noodles
  • 3 cup Water (hot)
  • 4 1/2 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Garlic (crushed)
  • 1 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Chili oil
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Salt 
Cooking Procedure 
  • Cut thin slices of cucumber.
  • Add vinegar, garlic, salt, and sugar in a bowl. Keep it for a while.
  • Keep bean noodles in a bowl with 3 cups of boiling water for 2 minutes. Rinse with cold water and drain it.
  • Chop noodles in 2 inch of lengths and lay on platter.
  • Arrange cucumbers on top of noodles.
  • Mix sesame oil, chili oil, and soy sauce in a bowl. 
Low-Calorie Creamy Cucumber Salad Dressing     
  • 1 Cucumber (peeled and sliced)
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise (low-calorie)
  • 2 tbsp Onion (fresh, chopped) 
Cooking Procedure 
  • Blend all the ingredients in a mixer or a blender until smooth.
  • Refrigerate it and served chilled. 
Cucumber Buttermilk Salad Dressing 
  • 1 cup Buttermilk
  • 1/4 cup Cucumber (grated)
  • 2 tbsp Green onions (minced)
  • 1/4 tsp Black pepper (ground)
  • 1/4 tsp Dill weed (dried)
  • 1 tbsp Mustard
  • 2 tsp Parsley (Minced)
  • 2 tsp Lemon juice 
Cooking Procedure
  • Mix all the ingredients in a bowl with a tight lid. Shake well.
  • Refrigerate and serve chilled. 
Cucumber Salad With Spicy Dressing (Chinese)     
  • 2 Cucumbers
  • 1 tsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp White vinegar
  • 2 tsp Sesame seed oil
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1/4 tsp Tabasco
  • 1/2 tsp Salt 
Cooking Procedure
  • Peel the cucumbers and cut them lengthwise in halves.
  • Scrape the seed out with a small spoon, leaving a hollow boat like shells.
  • Cut the cucumber crosswise into 1/4 inch slices.
  • Take a bowl and mix vinegar, sesame seed oil, sugar, soy sauce, Tabasco and salt and mix well.
  • Add the cucumber to toss to coat thoroughly.
  • Refrigerate and serve chilled. 
Cucumber Tomato Salad Dressing     
  • 1 cup Salad oil
  • 1/2 tsp Rosemary
  • 2 cup Vinegar
  • 1/2 tsp Thyme
  • 2 cup Sugar
  • 1 1/2 tsp Salt 
Cooking Procedure 
  • Mix the ingredients in the blender.
  • Pour fresh vegetables like tomatoes, green peppers, onions and cucumbers.
  • Add a little more dressing to it.
  • Serve it chilled
