Chicken Barbeque
Ingredients
- 1 kg Chicken (whole or cut in pieces)
- 1 cup Soy sauce
- 1 head Garlic (minced)
- 1 Onion (finely chopped)
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 1/2 cup Beer
- 2 cups of Lemon grass for whole chicken
- 1 tsp Black pepper (ground)
- 3 tbsp brown or white Sugar
Method
- Mix soy sauce, lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped onions, beer, sugar and pepper together.
- Marinate the chicken in that mix.
- Refrigerate the chicken for 1 to 3 hrs.
- Fill the chicken cavity with lemon grass if you are grilling it whole.
- Cook it on grill or in oven until golden brown.

Ingredients
- 4 boneless, skinless Chicken breast halves (6 ounces each)
- 4 slices Pepper cheese
- 1 cup Barbecue sauce
Method

- 4 skinless, boneless Chicken breast fillets
- 250ml Teriyaki sauce
- 4 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 cloves Garlic (minced)
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil
Method
- Mix together teriyaki sauce, lemon juice, garlic, and sesame oil in a large bowl. Put the chicken pieces into it. Coat the chicken pieces well with it.
- Refrigerate it for 24 hrs.
- Grill the chicken for 10 minutes until it is soft and cooked.
