Easy Recipes For Ground Chicken
 
Chicken Cabbage Rolls
 
Ingredients
  • 1 lb Ground Chicken
  • 4 slices Bacon, cooked and crumbled
  • 1 small Onion, diced
  • 1/2 tsp Allspice
  • 1/2 tsp Pepper
  • Salt to taste
  • 1 cup Rice, cooked
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 1 cup Dry Bread Crumbs
  • Milk
  • 1 head Cabbage
  • 10 oz (284 ml) Tomato Soup
 
Instructions
  • Take a small bowl and pour milk in it.
  • Add bread crumbs to the bowl, so as to soften them with milk.
  • Take another bow, this time a large one, and put all the ingredients in it, with the exception of cabbage and soup.
  • Remove the core of the cabbage and discard it.
  • Now, fill a pot with boiling water and place it on flame.
  • When the water starts boiling, put the cabbage in it and let it boil for 3 minutes, or until the outer leaves become soft and pliable.
  • Individually remove the cabbage leaves from the pot.
  • On each of the leaves, place about 2 tbsp of the filling made earlier.
  • Roll up the leaves, tucking in the edges securely.
  • Now, place them in a casserole dish, seam side down.
  • Pour tomato soup in the casserole dish, over all the cabbage rolls.
  • Place the casserole dish in oven and cover it.
  • Bake in a preheated oven, at 350F/180C, for 1½ hours.
  • Serve hot.
 
Baked Ground Chicken  
 
Ingredients
  • 1½ lbs Ground Chicken
  • 1 can Cream of Chicken Soup
  • 1 Egg, beaten
  • 2 tbsp Onion and Bell Pepper, chopped
  • 2 tbsp Flour (1 tbsp rolling patties)
  • 3 tbsp Evaporated Milk
  • Salt, Pepper, Garlic and Onion Powder to taste
  • Paprika (topping)
 
Instructions
  • Get a large bowl and use it for mixing together ground chicken, onion, bell pepper with flour, egg, seasonings and evaporated milk.
  • Keep on mixing the ingredients, till they form a dough-like consistency.
  • Now, use the mixture to make six patties, of equal size.
  • Roll the patties in the flour. 
  • Place them in a baking dish and bake in a preheated oven, at 375 degrees, for 30 minutes.
  • Remove the baking dish from oven and drain the fat.
  • Now, pour the chicken soup over patties and sprinkle paprika on top.
  • Place the baking dish back in the oven and keep on baking till it gets bubbly.
  • Serve hot.
