  • 500g trimmed Asparagus
  • 1 hard boiled Egg
  • 2 tbsp White Wine Vinegar
  • 2 - 3 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Grounded Pepper (optional)
  • Salt to taste
  • Salted Water (for boiling)
  • Steam the asparagus in salted water till it gets soft.
  • Once soft, remove the asparagus from the salted water and wash it with cold water.
  • Next squeeze it a little to make it dry. Once the asparagus is dry, chop it into smaller size.
  • Now, blend the egg’s white and yolk in a bowl.
  • In a separate bowl, add salt, pepper and vinegar and mix well. Add asparagus to this bowl.

  • 1 cup trimmed Asparagus
