Raw Chicken
- First of all, you need to skin the chicken.
- Thereafter, you will have to remove its bones.

- Mince or blend the chicken until it attains the required consistency.
Cooked Chicken
- In case of cooked chicken also, you need to remove the bones.
- Lay the chicken on a flat surface.
- Take two forks and, with their back sides facing each other, insert the prongs into the center of a portion of meat.
- Gently pull the forks away from each other.
- As you pull the forks, the chicken will break into thin strips.
