1 medium Onion (roughly chopped)

2 stalks Celery (roughly chopped)

1 tsp Peppercorns (cracked)

Steamer Basket
Instructions

Take the lobsters in a steamer basket.

Add water to cover 1 ½ inches of the basket.

Rub the cut sides of the lobster tails with the olive oil and garlic. Sprinkle salt and pepper on the lobsters.
