  • 1 bunch Asparagus
  • 1 tsp Kosher Salt
  • 2 tsp Olive Oil

  • 1 Potato – peeled and cut into wedges
  • 3 Carrots – sliced

  • Now, mix the broccoli, anchovies, red chillies and tomatoes in the frying pan.

Pickled Lettuce


  • 1 Lettuce Leaf – rinsed and chopped
  • 2 tbsp Salt
  • 2 tbsp Sugar
  • 4-5 tbsp Vinegar
  • 4-5 Cloves
  • 4-5 Garlic
  • 2 tbsp Olive Oil
  • Black Pepper – to taste
  • Red Chilli flakes – for garnishing
  • Boil half a cup of water in a container.
  • Add all the spices, garlic, vinegar and the olive oil to the water.
  • Submerge the chopped lettuce in the container.
  • Refrigerate for at least an hour.
  • Take out of the refrigerator at least 15 minutes before serving and sprinkle red chilli flakes over it.
  • Serve cold with the salmon.
Cucumber And Pear Delight 


  • 1 Cucumber – peeled
  • 6 Spring Onions – finely sliced
  • 3 Pears – peeled
  • 1 Lime – juice extracted
  • Salt & freshly ground Black pepper to taste
  • 6-8 Radishes – trimmed and halved
  • Cut the cucumber in half and slice the halves into small and thin circles.
  • Place the slices in a bowl.
  • Add the sliced spring onions and radishes in the bowl.
  • Cut the pears into quarters and slice each quarter into circles. Keep the sizes same as the cucumber slices.
  • Mix with the cucumber and lime juice and season to taste.
