Shrimp Salad Recipes

Recipe 1

Things Needed
  • 5 lb Shrimps (deveined)
  • 4 cups Mayonnaise
  • 1/3 cup Dill
  • 2 cups Celery (diced)
  • 2 cups Seafood Spice
  • 1 tbsp Apple Cider Vinegar
  • Steam pot with strainer
  • Mixing bowl  
  • Wash the shrimps and make sure they are properly cleaned.
  • Boil water in the steam pot. When steam starts coming out, place the shrimps in the strainer of the steam pot.
  • Now spice the shrimp with the seafood spice. Add spice according to your taste. If you want it to be hot and spicy, add more.
  • Steam the shrimps for 10 minutes or until cooked well.
  • Once cooked well, dice the shrimps into small pieces.
  • Wash the celery and chop it finely.
  • Add the mayonnaise, dill and the shrimp in a large mixing bowl.
  • Stir to mix the entire ingredient well.
  • Add chopped celery and season with 1 tablespoon of apple cider vinegar.

Things Needed
  • 2 mangoes (peeled and shredded)
  • 1 lb Shrimps
  • 3 tbsp Green Onions (sliced)
  • 1/3 cup Lime juice
  • 2 tbsp Soy sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sugar
  • 1 small clove Garlic (minced)
  • 1 small Serrano (seeded and minced)
  • Lime slices (for garnishing)
  • Mixing bowl
  • Add the green onions, garlic, chili, soy sauce, and lime juice and stir well.

  • In the interim, wash and devein the shrimps and divide then into four small portions.
  • Place one portion of shrimps into a metal skewer.
  • Now run the second skewer through the shrimps, one inch from the first skewer to keep them flat.

  • ¼ cup Sweet Pickles (finely chopped)
  • ½ cup Vinaigrette
  • 1 small Purple Onion (cut in rings)

  • 2 tbsp fresh Lemon juice
  • 1/3 cup Olive oil
  • ½ tbsp Salt
  • 1 tbsp Black Pepper (freshly ground)
