Recipes For Natural Face Scrub
 
Recipe 1
 
Ingredients
  • ½ cup Wheat husk or White Porridge grains
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 1 tbsp Milk 
Instructions
  • In a bowl, take some wheat husk or white porridge grains. Add honey and milk to it and whisk it into a thick paste. Make sure that the paste is slightly granular in texture.
  • Wash your face and pat it dry. Now using an applicator brush, apply the paste all over your face and neck. Do not cover the areas around the eyes.
  • Using your fingers, gently rub the scrub in circular motions for at least five minutes. Rinse off with cold water and experience clear, gorgeous looking skin.

Ingredients
  • 4 tsp Oatmeal
  • 8 tsp Buttermilk 
Instructions
  • To prepare this scrub, just take some buttermilk in a bowl and add oatmeal into it.
  • Allow the oatmeal to soak into the buttermilk for some time and then stir it into a thick, granular paste.
  • Apply this paste on your face and neck, sparing the areas around the eyes.
  • Leave the scrub on for fifteen minutes and then gently massage your face.
  • Rinse off with warm water. This natural scrub is likely to leave your dry skin feeling softer than usual.

Ingredients
  • 1 tsp Sugar
  • 1 tsp Olive oil
  • 1 drop Vanilla extract 
Instructions 
  • In a small mixing bowl, take sugar, olive oil and vanilla extract and mix well.
  • Spritz some water on your face and gently massage the scrub on your face and neck.
  • Leave it on for ten minutes and then rinse it off with lukewarm water.
  • You can use a mild moisturizing face wash to rinse off the oil and moisturize your skin.

  • 2 or 3 Strawberries
  • 5 drops Honey 
Instructions 
  • Take the strawberries in a bowl and mash them well.
  • Add honey to the mashed strawberries and mix it well.
  • Apply thoroughly on your face and neck and leave it on for 15-20 minutes.
  • Dampen a towel and gently wipe off the scrub from your face.

Ingredients
  • 2 tsp brown Sugar
  • 1 tsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Aloe Vera
  • 2 tbsp ground Oats 
Instructions 
  • In a bowl, combine brown sugar, lemon juice, aloe vera and ground oats into a smooth paste.
  • Dampen your face and apply the paste thoroughly. Massage it gently, using your fingers in slow circular movements.
  • Rinse off with tepid water.
