Recipes For Body Scrub Pack
Salt Scrub
  • 1/2 cup Oil (sweet almond/ grape seed/ rice bran oil)
  • 1 cup Sea Salt
  • 5 drops Essential Oil (lavender/ lemongrass/ rosemary)
  • Take a bowl and put oil and salt in it. Mix well.
  • Add essential oil to the oil-salt mixture and combine.
  • Your salt scrub is ready. Use it, in circular strokes, to exfoliate your skin.
  • Follow with a warm water bath.
Sugar Scrub
  • 1 cup Brown Sugar
  • 1/4 cup Oil (olive/ almond)
  • 5 drops Essential Oil (lavender/ lemongrass/ rosemary)
  • Take a bowl and put one cup of brown sugar in it.
  • Add 1/4 cup oil and mix well.
  • To make the scrub scented, add a few drops of an essential oil and blend well.
  • Your sugar scrub is ready.
  • Use the scrub to exfoliate dead skin and follow it with a shower.
Coffee Scrub
  • 4 oz Coffee, finely ground
  • 2 tbsp. Spa Facial Clay
  • 2 tsp. Water
  • Few Drops of Scented Extract (chocolate/ vanilla/ orange/ lemon/ almond)
  • Take a bowl and put the ground coffee in it.
  • Add spa facial clay, along with water, and mix well.
  • Stir in a few drops of the extract, for scent.
  • Your coffee scrub is ready.
  • Use the scrub to exfoliate your body, avoiding the face and neck.
White sugar & Oatmeal Body Scrub
  • White sugar – ¾ cup
  • Ground oatmeal – ½ cup
  • Honey – ¼ cup
  • Base oil – any oil (jojoba, coconut, apricot, almond or olive oil)
  • Drop of essential oil (tea tree, grapefruit, lavender, bergamot, lemon, ylang ylang, or vanilla)
  • Take a container and mix brown sugar, honey and grounded oatmeal.
  • Cover the mixture completely with base oil till sugar gets saturated.
  • Add a drop of any of the essential oil.
  • The body scrub is ready to use.
Honey-Sugar Body Scrub (for dry skin)
  • Sugar – 4 tea spoons
  • Honey – ¼ cup
  • Olive oil – 2 tea spoons
  • Take a bowl and pour honey and soak sugar into it.
  • Ensure that sugar does not melt.
  • Pour olive oil into it.
  • The body scrub is ready.
How to use
  • While scrubbing this into your body, check whether the sugar melts. If yes, keep adding sugar till you finish the scrubbing.
Tomato – Rice Body Scrub
  • Uncooked rice – 1 cup
  • Ripe Tomato – 1 
  • Soak some uncooked rice in water for about thirty minutes.
  • Grind the rice nicely.
  • Make a puree of the tomatoes and add the rice particles into it.
  • The body scrub is ready.
How to Use
  • Apply the mixture on the body and leave the mixture on the body as it is for twenty minutes.
  • Wash the body using warm water. This is good for an oily or a combination skin.
Red Lentil Body Scrub
  • Spilt red lentils - ½ cup
  • Rose water – 1 table spoon
  • Honey - ¼ cup
  • Take the split red lentils and grind them.
  • Take a bowl and pour rose water and honey into it.
  • Add the grinded mixture into it.
  • The body scrub is ready.
Sea Salt & Peppermint Body Scrub
  • Sea salt (or any bath salt)
  • Peppermint
  • Rose water
  • Olive oil
  • Lemon and Orange or lime juice and orange juice
  • Glycerin
  • Oats powder (optional)
  • Take a bowl and add sea salt into it.
  • Pour some olive oil into it. Make sure you add the olive oil carefully as salt tends to produce water. Do not panic even if it became runny.
  • Add peppermint, rose water and glycerin.
  • Either add lemon or orange as it is or add the lemon and orange juice.
  • The scrub is ready.
