  • 1½ tsp Greek Oregano (crushed)
  • 2 tbsp Dill (dried)
  • ¼ cup Red Wine Vinegar
  • ¾ cup Olive Oil
  • Salt (to taste)
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • In a bowl, take the oregano, red wine vinegar, olive oil, salt and pepper and whisk well.

  • 1 Garlic Clove
  • 1 tsp Oregano (dried)
  • 3 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

  • ½ cup Feta Cheese (crumbled)

  • Put the bowl in the refrigerator and allow it to chill for half an hour.

  • 2 tsp Red Wine Vinegar

  • 1½ tbsp Thyme (freshly chopped)
  • 1½ tbsp Dill (freshly chopped)

  • ¼ cup Dijon Mustard
  • ¼ cup lemon Juice
  • 2½ cups Olive Oil
  • 1 ½ cup Yogurt
  • 4 tbsp Red Wine Vinegar

  • Pepper (to taste)
  • In a bowl, take the thyme, dill, parsley, mustard, lemon juice, yogurt, garlic and vinegar and mix well.
