  • 1 fresh Lime (Cut in Half)
  • ½ cup low fat Sour Cream
  • ½ tsp Cumin Seeds
  • ½ tsp Oregano
  • ½ cup low fat Mayonnaise
  • ½ tsp Ground Coriander
  • ½ tsp dried Dill Weed
  • ½ tsp Capers (Minced)
  • 1 tbsp fresh Cilantro (Chopped)
  • ½ tsp ground Coriander
  • 1 hot Pepper (Seeded and Minced)
  • ¼ tsp ground Chipotle Chilli Powder
Preparation:
  • Whisk together sour cream and mayonnaise in a small bowl. Squeeze in lime juice into the mixture once it turns smooth.
  • Mix well and check the consistency. If the mixture is too thick, add some more lime juice or if it is runny add some more sour cream.
  • Add all the spices into the mixture and stir well; add pepper, capers and cilantro.
  • Cover the bowl with a lid and keep it in refrigerator for an hour.

  • Lemon juice from one lemon
  • 1 cup Mayonnaise

Preparation:

  • Freshly cut Lime Halves
  • ½ cup Plain Yogurt

  • Cilantro to taste (Freshly Chopped)
  • 2 tbsp Chilli Powder
Preparation:
