Chicken With Bell Pepper


  • 1 Chicken Breast (shredded)
  • Bell Pepper (a few slices)
  • 1 Onion (diced)
  • 1 tbsp Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbsp Sunflower Oil
  • Heat the oil in a pan and add the diced onion to it and sauté the onion for a few minutes.
  • Now, add the chopped bell pepper and sauté for a few minutes more.
  • Add the shredded chicken pieces and cook for some time.
  • Sprinkle salt to taste.
  • Add soy sauce and cover the pan with a lid.
  • Keep on a low flame until the chicken is cooked.
  • Serve hot.

Chocolate Rice Cereal Squares

  • 1 10.5 oz bag of mini Marshmallows
  • 1 oz semisweet Chocolate (optional)
  • 2 tbsp Butter
  • ¼  cup Cocoa Powder (unsweetened)
  • 6 cups crispy Rice Cereal
  • 1 Parchment paper sheet
  • Melt butter and marshmallows in a large pan, keeping the heat low.

  • 1 lb Beets
  • ¾ lb Carrots
