Summer Drink Recipes For Children 

Chocolate-Banana Smoothie 

Ingredients
  • 2 bananas
  • 6 strawberries
  • 1 cup chocolate syrup
  • 1 cup milk
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • Sugar(optional)
Instructions
  • As simple as it gets, chop the bananas and strawberries and place them in a blender. Add the chocolate syrup, milk, and yogurt and blend to a smooth consistency. Pour into a glass, add ice, and serve. 

Lemonade – A Classic

Ingredients
  • 1 cup lemon juice
  • 4 cups chilled water
  • 1 cup sugar/sugar syrup
  • A pinch of salt 
Instructions
  • Get yourself a big bowl or a jug, pour in the lemon juice and water into the same; add the sugar and salt too. Stir until the sugar and salt dissolve, pour into a tall glass and hand it over to your kid. 

Mango Mash 

Ingredients
  • 1 cup ripe mango slices
  • 1/4 cup grape juice
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt 
Instructions
  • Place the mango slices in a blender, add the grape juice, honey, and yogurt, and blend. Pour into a glass, add ice, and serve. 

Orange Escapade 

Ingredients
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • 1 cup vanilla yogurt
  • 1/2 cup honey
  • Crushed ice
Instructions
  • Pour the orange juice and vanilla yogurt into a blender, pour in the honey too. Add the crushed ice and blend to a smooth consistency. Pour into a tall glass and serve. 

Peanut Butter Blast

Ingredients
  • 3 tablespoons peanut butter
  • 1 banana
  • 1 cup orange juice
  • Crushed ice
Instructions
  • Chop the bananas and place in a blender, add the peanut butter and pour in the orange juice. Add the crushed ice and blend. Pour into a glass, and watch your kid down the drink. 

Iced Tea – Mint

Ingredients
  • 4 cups water
  • 3 green tea bags
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves
  • 2 tablespoons honey
  • Crushed ice
Instructions
  • Place the tea bags in hot water (that’s been boiled along with the mint leaves and strained) for 5 minutes, remove tea bags and refrigerate the tea. Get your trusty blender, pour in the chilled tea, add honey and crushed ice, and blend. Your drink is ready to serve.
