How To Make Strawberry Mojito
Recipe 1
  • 1.5 ounces Simple Syrup
  • 3 fresh Strawberries
  • 4-5 fresh Spearmint Sprigs (chopped if you prefer smaller mint pieces in your cocktail)
  • Soda Water (as required)
  • ½ Lime
  • 2 ounces Light Rum
  • Ice Cubes (as required)
  • Combine strawberries and spearmint leaves in a 10-12 ounce chilled glass.
  • Using the back of a spoon or a muddler, crush the strawberries and mint leaves together. The more you muddle the combo, the more enhanced the flavor would be.
  • Squeeze juice from the lime over the mixture in the glass.
  • Pour rum and simple syrup. Stir well with a stirrer.
  • Add ice cubes, enough to fill the glass.
  • Pour soda water over the top until the liquid reaches the brim.
  • Garnish with mint sprigs or strawberry slices.
  • Serve immediately.

  • 2 shots Bacardi
  • 3 tsp Castor Sugar
  • 3 halved Strawberries
  • 6 Mint Leaves
  • 2 quartered Limes
  • A splash of Soda
  • Crushed Ice
  • Squeeze out the limes in a tall serving glass.
  • Add sugar, strawberries, and mint leaves. Muddle the mixture thoroughly.
  • Add lots of crushed ice to fill the glass up to ¾.
  • Pour generous amount of Bacardi and add more crushed ice to fill till the edge.
  • Add a splash of soda and garnish with 2 mint sprigs.
  • Stir the concoction with a stirrer and serve thereafter.

  • 4 fresh Strawberries
  • 5 Mint Sprigs
  • 2 tbsp Brown Sugar
  • 3 Limes (wedged)
  • 4 ounces Rum
  • Ice Cubes (as required)
  • Combine 3 strawberries, 3 mint sprigs, and brown sugar in a shaker.
  • Squeeze the lime wedges and add in the wedges.
  • Using a spoon or a muddler, crush the ingredients until well mashed.
  • Add ice cubes and pour over rum. Cover the shaker and shake thoroughly.
  • Strain the liquid into a cocktail glass and top up with a strawberry and two mint sprigs.
  • Serve immediately.

  • 6 fresh Strawberries
  • 2 Mint Sprigs
  • 3 Lime Wedges
  • 2 cl Creme de Fraise des Bois
  • 5 cl Rum
  • 1 splash Soda Water
  • Crushed Ice (as required)
