Seniors are an important band of people in our lives. They can be the seniors at work, in sports or just seniors in general, but what one feels for them makes for some wonderful thoughts. Seniors are people we learn from - through both good and bad experiences. While juniors and seniors at colleges and schools happen to share a uniquely cordial relationship, the same cannot be said about seniors and juniors at work, as seniority itself is a major issue when you work under people. Your opinions may differ but that doesn’t make either of you less competent, while at the same time being at a higher position than you doesn’t automatically make your immediate senior superior to you. Given below are a few stances that people seem to have taken in their lives regarding seniors or seniority. Take a look and see what you can relate to. Maybe one of them can inspire you to like your senior or you may even get inspired enough to throw that line down senior’s limited grasp of seniority in an effort to make things work mutually for both of you.
