  • 1 cup Water
  • 1 ½ tsp Gelatin
  • Few drops of Essential Oils
Method
  • Take the water in a pan and heat it up a bit to make it lukewarm.
  • Dissolve the gelatin in the warm water. Check the consistency of the gel and add more gelatine if required.
  • Add some drops of any essential oil and mix it well.
  • Store the gel in a jar with a lid.

Materials Required
  • 10 drops of Essential Oil for aroma
  • ½ cup Agar Agar
  • ¼ cup Aloe Vera gel
Method
  • Agar-agar is derived from sea weeds and is used in making many jelly dishes. This extract is known for its elasticity and can be used o make hair gel as well.
  • Put the agar-agar granules in a pan of water and heat the mixture until the granules dissolve completely.
  • Remove the pan and add the essential oil and aloe vera gel into the mixture.
  • Now transfer the concoction into a container and refrigerate it for 6 hours.

  • Glycerine Soap
  • Water

Method 

  • Grate the glycerine soap bar in a bowl. Make sure to grate the soap very finely.
  • Add some water to the grated soap and blend it together properly until you attain a thick consistency.

  • 3 cups Water
  • ¾ cup whole Flax Seeds
  • 1 tbsp Almond Oil
  • 4 drops of Lavender Essential Oil
Method 
  • Pour the water in a small pot and bring it to a boil over high heat.
  • Stir in the whole flax seeds and then reduce the heat to medium-high. Let the seeds simmer in water for 6-7 minutes while stirring continuously.
  • Pour the liquid in a separate container by straining the seeds.
  • Add 4 drops of lavender essential oil to the gel and mix well. Store the gel in a container and refrigerate it for 15 minutes.
Some Tips
  • Store the gel in the refrigerator to prolong the life of the gels.
  • Do not use the gel on a daily basis, as it can make your hair look unhealthy.
