Rosemary-Mint Mouthwash
Ingredients
- 2½ cups Mineral Water
- 1 tsp Fresh Mint Leaves
- 1 tsp Rosemary Leaves
- 1 tsp Anise Seeds
Procedure
- In a saucepan, boil water over medium flame.
- Add rosemary leaves, anise seeds and mint leaves to the boiling water.
- Heat the mixture over medium flame, for about 20 minutes.
- Remove the mixture from the flame and let it cool down.
- After the mixture comes down to room temperature, filter it.
- Pour the filtered mixture in a glass bottle and preserve.
Spearmint Mouthwash
Ingredients
- 10 drops Spearmint Essential Oil
- 2 ounces Vodka
- 6 ounces Mineral Water
- 4 tsp Glycerin
- 1 tsp Aloe Vera Gel
Procedure
- Boil water in a pot, over medium flame.
- Add vodka, aloe vera gel and glycerin to the boiling water. Stir well.
- Heat the mixture over medium flame, stirring continuously.
- Remove the mixture from flame and allow it to cool.
- After the mixture comes down to room temperature, transfer it to a bottle.
- Add spearmint essential oil to the mouthwash and shake well.
Essential Oils Mouthwash
Ingredients
- 1 drop Chamomile Essential Oil
- 1 drop Mint Essential Oil
- 1 drop Tea Tree Essential Oil
- 1/8 cup Distilled Water
- 1/4 cup Witch Hazel
- 1/4 cup Aloe Vera Juice
Procedure
- In a glass jar, combine aloe vera juice, distilled water and witch hazel.
- After shaking the jar well, let it stand for a minute.
- Add all the essential oils. Make sure that you add one at a time.
- Shake the jar vigorously.
- Seal the jar with its cork and let it stand for about half an hour.
