How To Make Homemade Mouthwash
Rosemary-Mint Mouthwash
  • 2½ cups Mineral Water
  • 1 tsp Fresh Mint Leaves
  • 1 tsp Rosemary Leaves
  • 1 tsp Anise Seeds 
  • In a saucepan, boil water over medium flame.
  • Add rosemary leaves, anise seeds and mint leaves to the boiling water.
  • Heat the mixture over medium flame, for about 20 minutes.
  • Remove the mixture from the flame and let it cool down.
  • After the mixture comes down to room temperature, filter it.
  • Pour the filtered mixture in a glass bottle and preserve. 
Spearmint Mouthwash
  • 10 drops Spearmint Essential Oil
  • 2 ounces Vodka
  • 6 ounces Mineral Water
  • 4 tsp Glycerin
  • 1 tsp Aloe Vera Gel 
  • Boil water in a pot, over medium flame.
  • Add vodka, aloe vera gel and glycerin to the boiling water. Stir well.
  • Heat the mixture over medium flame, stirring continuously.
  • Remove the mixture from flame and allow it to cool.
  • After the mixture comes down to room temperature, transfer it to a bottle.
  • Add spearmint essential oil to the mouthwash and shake well. 
Essential Oils Mouthwash
  • 1 drop Chamomile Essential Oil
  • 1 drop Mint Essential Oil
  • 1 drop Tea Tree Essential Oil
  • 1/8 cup Distilled Water
  • 1/4 cup Witch Hazel
  • 1/4 cup Aloe Vera Juice 
  • In a glass jar, combine aloe vera juice, distilled water and witch hazel.
  • After shaking the jar well, let it stand for a minute.
  • Add all the essential oils. Make sure that you add one at a time.
  • Shake the jar vigorously.
  • Seal the jar with its cork and let it stand for about half an hour.
  • Refrigerate the mixture for the next 24 hours and preserve.
  • Add 2 tbsp of the mixture to one cup of warm water, before using it.
Baking Soda Mouthwash
  • 2 ounces of Water
  • 1/4 tsp of Baking Soda or Sea Salt
  • 1 drop of Pure Peppermint Oil
  • 1 drop of Tea Tree Oil
