Herbed Grilled Catfish

  • 1 tbsp Paprika
  • 2 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic (powdered)
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper (ground)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
  • 8 Catfish fillets
  • Combine all the seven ingredients mentioned above and evenly sprinkle the mix on both sides of the fish. Place them in a grill basket coated with cooking spray.
  • Over a medium heat grill the fillets for about four minutes on each side or until the catfish flakes easily.

  • 1 lb U.S Farm-Catfish fillets
  • 1 tbsp Olive oil
  • 2 tbsp Lime juice
  • ½ cup Chardonnay Wine

  •  1 tsp Pepper
  • ¼ cup fresh Cilantro (chopped)
  • ¼ tsp Salt (optional)
  • 1 tbsp Butter (melted)

  • In a medium bowl mix all the ingredients except the catfish.

  • 4 whole Catfish
  • ½ cup Butter (melted)
  • ¾ cup Cracker crumbs (finely crushed)
  • 1 tsp Seasoned salt
  • ½ tsp Celery Salt
  • ½ tsp Garlic Salt
  • Rinse the catfish in cold water.
  • Pat dry with paper towels.
  • Mix together the cracker crumbs and seasonings in a shallow bowl.
  • Dip each fish in melted butter and then roll in seasoned crumbs.
  • Place fish on an oiled rack four inches above hot coals.
  • Cook for eight to ten minutes per side, turning once gently.

  • ½ cup Vegetable oil
  • ½ cup Sesame seeds
  • ¼ cup Lemon juice
