  • 2 tbsp Oregano
  • 1 tsp Salt
  • 2 tsp Garlic (powdered)
  • 2 tsp Thyme
  • 1 tsp Red Pepper (ground)
  • 1 tsp Black Pepper (ground)
  • 8 Catfish fillets
