Easy Fresh Fruit Salad Recipes
Orange & Berries Salad
  • 3 cup Mixed Berries (Blueberries, Raspberries, Strawberries)
  • 2 cup Seedless Grapes (red or green)
  • 2 Sweet Apples (crisp)
  • 3 Peaches, Nectarines/ 6 Apricots
  • 2 Bananas (sliced thin)
  • 1 cup Orange Juice (freshly squeezed)
  • Nutmeg (optional) 
  • Chop the fruits and mix them in a large bowl.
  • Pour fresh orange juice over the fruits. Stir them gently and store them in the refrigerator.
  • Serve the fruit salad with a dash of nutmeg. 
Cinnfull Apple Fruit Salad
  • 4 crisp Sweet Apples
  • 2 Bananas (sliced thin)
  • 2 Sweet Pears
  • ½ cup Raisins
  • 1 cup Apple Juice (unsweetened)
  • 1 cup Yogurt (plain low-fat)
  • ¼ tsp Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp Vanilla Extract
  • ½ tsp Cinnamon
  • Roasted Almonds (sliced) - Optional 
  • Put raisins in the apple juice and store it in refrigerator over night.
  • Chop the fruits shortly before you have to serve the salad and mix them in a large bowl.
  • Add yoghurt, lemon juice, vanilla, cinnamon to the pple juice with raisins.
  • Sprinkle sliced almonds over each serving. 
Tropical Paradise Fruit Salad
  • 1 Pineapple (peeled, cored & diced)
  • 3 Mangos (3 cups)
  • 2 Papaya (2 cups)
  • 3 ripe Kiwi
  • 2 cups Strawberries (sliced)
  • 2 Bananas  (sliced thin)
  • 1 Valencia Orange (juiced, about 1/3 cup)
  • Unsweetened coconut (shredded) - Optional 
  • Squeeze the orange, to take out its juice.
  • Make a sauce, by mixing 1 cup chopped strawberries and 1 cup chopped mangoes in the blender, along with the orange juice.
  • Peel, chop and mix rest of the fruits in a large bowl. Pour sauce over the chopped fruits and mix them.
  • Sprinkle coconut over each serving of salad. 
Fresh & Tangy Fruit Salad
  • 3 medium Red/ Pink Grapefruits (peeled and sectioned)
  • 3 medium Sweet Apples (crisp)
  • 2 sweet Pear
  • Walnuts (chopped ) - Optional 
  • Chop the fruits and mix them in a large bowl.
  • Store the chopped fruits in a refrigerator, until they are ready to serve.
  • Top each serving of salad with chopped walnuts.
