How To Make Tuna Salad
 
Tuna Rice Salad
 
Ingredients
  • 12 to 14 oz White Tuna
  • 1 Lemon, squeezed
  • 2 ¼ oz Ripe Olives, sliced
  • 14 oz Artichoke Hearts, quartered
  • 2 cups long-grain Rice, cooked and chilled
  • ½ cup Mayonnaise
  • 2 tsp Dill Weed, dried
Preparation
  • Place the tuna in a mixing bowl and break it using a fork.
  • Add lime juice over the tuna and mix thoroughly.
  • Now, mix the sliced olives, artichoke and rice.
  • Add the mayonnaise and dill weed and stir to mix.
Tomato Tuna Salad
 
Ingredients
  • 2 large Tomatoes, cut in quarters
  • 1 Red Bell Pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 Green Bell Pepper, cut in strips
  • 1 small Onion, sliced in rings
  • 6 ½ or 7 oz Tuna, dipped in vegetable oil
  • 4 tsp Olive Oil
  • 2 tsp Wine Vinegar
  • 1/2 small clove Garlic, finely minced
  • 1/8 tsp Salt
  • 1/8 tsp Pepper
  • 1/8 tsp dry Mustard
  • 12 pitted Black Olives, chopped
Preparation
  • Take a salad serving platter and arrange the tomato on it.
  • In the center of the platter, place the pepper strips and onion rings.
  • Drain the oil from the tuna and keep the oil in a jar. Then flake the tuna. Arrange the flaked tuna in the platter.  
  • Now, take the jar with the tuna oil and add the olive oil, wine vinegar, garlic, salt, pepper and dry mustard. Tightly seal the jar and shake vigorously.
  • Sprinkle this mixture over the platter. Then sprinkle the chopped olives over the salad and serve.

Tuna Lettuce Salad

Ingredients

  • 1 ½ tsp Salad Dressing
  • ½ can Tuna
  • 2 Baby Carrots, chopped
  • 2 Lettuce Leaves
  • 3 Olives
  • ½ Tomato
  • ½ tsp Garlic Powder
  • ½ tsp Basil Leaves
  • ½ tsp Black Pepper, grounded
  • ½ tsp Salt
Preparation

  • 2 cans Tuna

  • ¼ tsp powdered Cayenne Pepper

  • 1 clove Garlic, finely minced

Preparation
