  • Another option to get the maximum benefit of exercises in very little time is to mix and match a variety of exercise. Start with a one minute of jogging, in the same place, followed by polymetric lunges. You can skip for a minute afterwards and include step jumps and squat hops too.
  • If you can take out ten minutes in the morning, for exercises, incorporate yoga in your lifestyle. It will not only improve your health, but also help you avoid stress and anxiety caused due to the lifestyle.
  • You can do belly braces i.e. draw your naval as closer to your spine as you can and then keep it in the same position for as long as you can. It will improve your posture, get rid of belly fat and strengthen your abs too. The best part about this exercise is that it can be done anytime and anywhere.
  • Make it a habit to walk when you are on the cell phone and instead of sending the files through the peon, walk to the cabin, to do it yourself. You can also stretch for a few minutes, after every two hours, if you are constantly sitting in your cubicle.
  • Incorporating different types of squats and lunges will also help you get the maximum benefit in very little time. Perform these exercises for one minute at a time and include as many reps as you can.
