  • 4 Tilapia Fillets
  • 3 tbsp fresh Lemon Juice
  • 1 tbsp Butter (melted)

  • 1 tsp dried Parsley Flakes
  • Pepper (to taste)
  • Preheat oven to 375 °F (190 °C).
  • Grease a baking dish and keep aside.

  • 2 pounds Halibut Fillets

  • 2 tbsp Olive/Canola Oil

  • ½ cup Parmesan Cheese (shredded)
  • Place halibut fillets in a 13x9x2 inch baking dish.
