How To Make Sugar Free Cookies
 
Simple Sugar Free Cookie Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Flour
  • ½ tsp. Baking Soda
  • 1½ cup Quick Oatmeal
  • ½ to ¾ cup Artificial Sweetener Powder (as per taste)
  • 1 tsp Vanilla
  • 1 cup Raisins
  • 1/2 tsp Cinnamon
  • 1/4 tsp Nutmeg
  • 2 Egg Whites, slightly beaten
  • 1/2 cup Skim Milk
  • 1/3 cup Oil
  • 1/2 cup Nuts
 
Instructions
  • In a bowl, put flour, baking soda, artificial sweetener, raisins, cinnamon, nutmeg and nuts. Mix well.
  • Add the oatmeal, followed by vanilla, beaten egg whites, milk and oil. Blend well.
  • Preheat oven at 375oF.
  • Grease a cookie sheet and on it, drop teaspoons of cookie mixture.
  • Place the sheet in the oven and bake at 375 degrees, for 12-15 minutes.
 
Sugarless Peanut Butter Cookies Recipe
 
Ingredients
  • 1 cup Oat Flour
  • ½ cup Sugarless Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp Baking Powder
  • 4 tbsp Liquid Artificial Sweetener
  • 1 Egg, slightly beaten
  • 1 tbsp Melted Butter
  • ½ cup Milk
  • ½ tsp Salt
 
Instructions
  • In a bowl, mix together oat flour, baking powder and salt.
  • Add sugarless peanut butter and melted butter and mix well, forming a crumble-like mixture.
  • Gradually, mix in beaten egg, milk and liquid artificial sweetener.
  • Knead well and form dough.
  • Make 1-inch balls from the dough
  • Preheat oven at 400oF.
  • Place the dough balls on a greased cookie sheet.
  • Now, flatten the balls with a fork, making a criss-cross design.
  • Put the sheet in the oven and bake at 400 degrees, for 12 minutes.
 
Sugarless Date Cookies  
  • 4 Eggs, well beaten
  • 1 stick of Butter
  • 1 cup Flour
  • 1 tsp Baking Soda
  • 2 cups Dates, cut up
  • 2 cup Raisins
  • 1 cup Nuts, chopped
 
Instructions
  • In a bowl, cream together eggs and butter.
  • Add flour and baking soda to the egg-cream mixture. Mix well.
  • Fold in the dates, raisins and nuts.
  • Preheat oven at 350oF.
  • Grease a cookie sheet and on it, drop teaspoons of cookie mixture.
  • Place the sheet in the oven and bake at 350 degrees, for 15 minutes.
