How To Make Jello Cake
Luscious Lemon Jello Cake
  • 1 box Lemon Cake
  • 1 box Lemon Jello
  • 4 Eggs
  • ¾ cup Oil
  • 1 cup hot Water
  • 1 ½ cup powdered Sugar
  • 6 tbsp Lemon juice 
  • In a bowl, take powdered sugar and lemon juice and mix well.
  • In a separate bowl, take together the cake mix, jello, water, eggs and oil and whip it to a smooth consistency.
  • Take a 9'' x 13'' pan, grease it with a little oil and pour the mixture into it.
  • Bake the cake at 350 degrees Centigrade until done.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and fork the top using fork tines or toothpick.
  • Glaze the cake with a mixture of powdered sugar and lemon juice and allow the cake to cool.
  • Garnish with whipped cream and serve. 
Fruit Bottom Jello cake
  • 2 cups Strawberries (chopped)
  • 1 can Pineapple (crushed and drained)
  • 1 pkg Strawberry Flavor Gelatin
  • 3 cups miniature Marshmallows
  • 1 pkg White Cake Mix 
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Centigrade.
  • Take a 13'' x 9'' inch baking dish and set a thin layer of strawberries. Top this layer with a coat of pineapple.
  • Dust dry gelatin mix on top of the pineapple and top it with marshmallows. Keep aside.
  • In a separate pan, prepare the cake batter, leaving out the oil.
  • Pour out the mixture on top of the marshmallows, put the baking dish in the oven, and bake the cake for 55 minutes until done.
  • Take out the cake from oven and allow it to cool 15 minutes before serving. 
Cherry Jello Cake With A Cool Whip
  • 1 white cake mix
  • 1 Package Cherry Jello
  • 1 tub of Cool Whip
  • 1 can Cherry Pie Filling 
  • In a bowl, prepare the white cake mix following the instructions given in the packet.
  • Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Centigrade.
  • Grease a baking dish and pour out the mixture on it.
  • Bake for 40-50 minutes until done.
  • Remove the cake from the oven and poke holes on the surface using a toothpick. Allow the cake to cool.
  • In a bowl, mix together jello with water.
  • Glaze the cake with jello and top it with cherry pie filling.
  • Garnish with cool whip and cherry slices and refrigerate the cake before serving.
