Natural Remedies To Cure Arthritis  

Potato Juice
Cut a potato into thin slices without removing the peel and put it in a bowl containing water. Drink the water on an empty stomach in the morning. This treatment has been in use since centuries. 

Green Leafy Vegetable Juice
Take any green leafy vegetable and drink the juice. You can also mix celery and beetroot juice to the vegetable juice. Vegetable juice is rich in alkaline, which dissolves the deposits around the joints. 

Pineapple Juice
Take pineapple juice regularly. Pineapple has the enzyme bromelain, which helps in reducing the inflammation. 

Sesame Seeds
To control joint pains, soak a tablespoon of black sesame seeds in a cup of water and leave it overnight. Next morning drink the water along with the seeds. Regular drinking of sesame seeds and water reduces the joint pain to a great extent.

Copper
Copper builds up the muscular system. Place water in a copper vessel, and leave it overnight for it to accumulate copper traces. Drink the water next morning.
