Every genre of music is different with a unique style of its own. Originally from the African American communities in the Southern United States, jazz was invented in the early 20th century from a fusion of African and European music traditions. The typical music instruments used in jazz music include saxophone, trumpet, trombone, bass guitar, clarinet, flute, piano, guitar, double bass, tuba, drums, vocals, vibraphone and banjo. Although jazz was initiated by Black Americans, it surprisingly survived its first years, despite racial discrimination, being at its peak even during those days. The music grew due to the intelligence of these Black Americans. In fact, most of the famous and popular jazz songs are composed and sung by Black Americans that are admired worldwide today.
