Porsche Panamera

German car manufacturing company Porsche has come up with its brand new luxury car Panamera, for its consumers spread across the world. The Indian car connoisseurs are eagerly awaiting to ride in the all new four-door sedan. The car promises to deliver good performance on road. It allures everyone with its stylish exteriors and roomy, plush interiors. It is an amalgamation of dynamism and elegance. It offers a wide range of functional features too, with the highest standard of motoring comfort. The sleek sedan looks magnetically attractive with its drawn-out rear end and low, lean structure. Porsche Panamera is sure to prove a stiff competitor for the existing vehicles in its class.

Porsche Panamera is a bit longer and shorter vertically than Porsche Cayenne SUV. Panamera allures everyone with its dashing look. It is low in the front end and slightly bulbous in the rear end. The front end is adorned by dual-element headlamps with integrated turn signals, while the rear end boasts of a sparkling cluster of tail lights. Inside the cabin, Panamera is very comfortable and plush. The center console would catch anyone's attention because of its length - it extends right from the dash to the rear seats, thereby dividing the cabin to accommodate four passengers.  

Apart from the basic model, Porsche Panamera is available in three amazing variants - S, 4S and Turbo. The S, 4S and Turbo variants of Porsche Panamera are priced at Rs 1.41 Crore, Rs 1.47 Crore, and Rs 2 Crore (approx), respectively.

 

The basic model of Porsche Panamera is driven by a 3.6 liter V6 engine, which churns out a power of 296 hp at 6700 rpm and a peak torque of 304 Nm. The S and 4S variants of Porsche Panamera are powered by the same 4.8 liter V8 engine, which produces a maximum power of 394 hp at 6500 rpm and a peak torque of 500 Nm at 3500 rpm. On the other hand, the Turbo variant of Panamera is equipped with the 4.8 liter twin-turbo V8 engine that generates an output of 493 hp at 6000 rpm and a torque of 699 Nm at 2250 rpm.

 

All the all three variants of Porsche Panamera ensure maximum safety to the occupants. The standard safety features of the four-door sedan driver and front passenger airbags, curtain airbags as well as side and knee airbags for the front seat passengers. The additional side airbags available for the rear seat passengers is an optional feature for the car.
